Pat Sedgley 23rd December 2010

‘Dear diary’, as you’d say, the months have flown by and we’re fast approaching Christmas. We all know how much you disliked this time of the year and the chaotic repercussions of the unseasonably early snow would have greatly added to your seasonal irritability. I’m sure a string of very ‘strong letters’ would have been winging their way to various council and transport officials. We all miss you and still expect to hear from you, despite the months of silence. Saturday mornings after The Morning Line; when Paul Webber has another winner; listening to Johnnie Walker...the list is endless. Jude, although we don’t see or hear (!) you, you’re still very much with us in our minds, our hearts and our lives.
